Whether you need help with one room or the entire home, AOU helps you sort, declutter and organize your space with practical systems designed around how you live.

• Donation and disposal coordination

Packing & Move Management

Moving involves more than packing boxes. AOU helps coordinate the details from preparing the home through moving day, keeping the process organized and moving forward.

• Pre-move organizing and downsizing

• Move preparation and coordination

• Moving company and vendor coordination

• Donation and disposal coordination

• Move-day management

Unpacking & Home Setup

AOU helps turn the new space into a functional home—from unpacking boxes to organizing the spaces you use every day.

Services may include:

• Unpacking

• Kitchen, closet and household setup

• Furniture and space organization

• Removal of packing materials

• Customized organizational systems

Home Sale Preparation

Preparing a home for sale can be overwhelming. AOU helps organize, declutter and prepare the property so it's ready for its next chapter.

Services may include:

• Decluttering

• Organizing

• Home staging preparation

• Pre-listing preparation

• Coordination of needed services

• Home sale services when appropriate

Real Estate Services

When selling the home is part of the transition, real estate services are available through Ann Mancuso in her capacity as a licensed Georgia real estate professional.

Real estate brokerage services are separate from Ann Organizes Us organizing, downsizing and move-management services and require a separate real estate brokerage agreement.

Families may use AOU's transition services whether or not they choose Ann for their real estate needs.

 

Organizational Follow-Up

Life changes, and sometimes organizational systems need to change with it. AOU offers follow-up visits to review what's working, make adjustments and help keep your home functioning well.

Available at 3 months, 6 months, or as needed.
